Standard Returns Policy
You may return most shipped items sold by WhatWeGive within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us immediately if an order was received damaged, defective or was incorrect.
We also will not issue refunds for the return of:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use.
- Any CD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
- Any copyrighted material that may be easily copied such as publications in three ring binders or PDFs.
Returning a gift? WhatWeGive allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. Just indicate the item is a gift, include your email, and we'll send a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items.
Purchases that are downloaded including copyrighted PDFs and software are not returnable. If you purchased a download in error notify us immediately.
When our system is used to track individual and or group fundraiser performance only the fundraisers and the initiating fundraising organizations have access to the information.
